Term and Conditions of supply

Shipping Policy

Delivery is only available within mainland UK
Cost for deliveries to the Highlands or Islands will be charged at cost
Free shipping,is available to mainland UK only with orders over £150.00 except Highlands and Islands
Carriage is charged per item to chargeable areas
Dispatches are next day with orders received before 10am subject to area
we are unable to Guarentee delivery due to third parties (carriers )

We aim to offer fast and reliable service for products that will give years of reliable service, rather than cheap disposable products that rarely offer true value for money.
We stock a full range of leading quality products by Honda, Hayter, Mountfield & most quality manufactures.

DELIVERIES
Delivery is by carrier and most items will be despatched within 24 hours. occassionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will aim to have the item delivered within 7 to 10 days.
We are only able to offer delivery to Mainland UK address. We are unable to deliver to Ireland the Highlands or Islands except by special arrangement.
If for any reason we expect delays on availability of an item we will contact the customer and advise of expected availability, at which time the customer may cancel the order if prefered or back order the item for delivery when available.

Returns Policy

Important damaged goods
Goods must be checked immediately upon receipt and any damage reported within 24hours

Returns and Cancelations

A customer is entitled to cancel a contract and reject any goods bought from the date of placing the order and up to 7 days after the day of delivery as defined by the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulation 2000.

Any cancellation must be communicated by letter/fax to Mowers.uk or by e-mail to sales@mowers.uk.com within the 7 day period stating the order details.Cancellation by telephone is not permitted.

The customer is responsible for the full cost of returning goods to Mowers.uk with the original packaging where possible. Customers are also under a duty to ensure that they take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession and during transit.

Customers are entitled to examine the goods bought but may be in breach of their statutory duty if they damage them or fail to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them.

The above rights are in addition to your statutory rights with regards to faulty goods. If any goods supplied are considered faulty, you should contact Mowers.uk by email or letter with your order details.

Privacy Policy

No information will be sold or supplied to any third party. Only necassary details will be supplied to Manufactures for purposes of product warranty.
